Schema first. Design the table, then the code that uses it. RLS on every tenant table. Append-only — no hard deletes, state transitions only.

DOCTRINE-001. Agents are stateless. No tenant data in memory, canon, or system prompts. Query Supabase at runtime. Agent memory stores HOW, not WHO.

Three separate plugins. canonical, memory, open_loops. Not consolidated. Every new tenant gets the full migration canon stamped in.

NO OpenAI or Anthropic API keys. OpenRouter open models only (llama-3.1-8b-instruct). "This is Zed AI not OpenAI."

Find don't build. MIT/Apache licenses only. AGPL/GPL = copyleft landmine. Docker Compose + REST API = preferred integration.

Evidence-based closure. "done" requires proof (CMD + stdout + exit code), not self-report. Never ship code you haven't reviewed.

Never delete data. Close it, deprecate it, supersede it. Architecture decisions get documented, not just implemented.

Dev workflow. Archie builds on builders box → git commit+push → T001 trials → T000 stamps for new tenants. Builders→T001→T000.

Public edge functions MUST have verify_jwt=false (telegram-bot, widget-chat, widget-config, stripe-webhook, oauth-callback, knowledge-base, email-agent, usage-notifications).
